Fundamentals Workshop

UNE Partnerships delivered a very successful Fundamentals of Project Management Workshop prior to the Graduation Ceremony in Armidale. The workshop was attended by students, partners, staff and members of the local community. Sandra Scheetz, Academic Director for Project Management, and lead facilitator, Doug Wheeler, introduced the nine principles of project management using as examples the simplicity of arranging a dinner party to the complexity of major infrastructure projects coordinating a multitude of stakeholders.
