TRAINING SUITABILITY
The Diploma of Training and Assessment (TAA50104) caters for individuals from a wide variety of organisational, professional and personal backgrounds. It targets experienced trainers and assessors wishing to further develop techniques and methodologies at a management level, including Learning and Development Managers, HR Managers and Training Consultants.

| Entry Requirements: | Candidates must hold the core units of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) and the elective unit Facilitate group-based learning (TAADEL402A) OR the core units of the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110). Some additional recognition may be available for holders of Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems (BSZ50198). Certified copies of qualifications and transcript of academic record will be required at time of enrolment. |

Candidates develop advanced skills, methodologies and knowledge in the following key areas:

- Identify strategies to maintain currency within a changing

- Lead and coordinate training and assessment services
- Manage people and organisational policies and procedures
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
Given that some participants may already be able to demonstrate their competence in some units, a recognition of prior learning assessment process is available to acknowledge skills and knowledge that may have been gained through formal and informal training and/or learning, work experience and life experience.
